Bagel & Waffle Awesomeness: Tuckaway Bagel & Waffle at 1740 Estero Blvd (Beach side of the street one shop north from the intersection of Miramar St) is a not-so-easy-to-find spot but they have the most awesome Belgian waffle outside of Belgium, and possibly even in the world. It’s made with “pearl sugar” and can be had with home made whip cream topping – highly recommended. If you want savory instead of sweet, opt for one of the steamed bagels. I recommend the McGregor or Tasha’s Secret. All the bagel sandwiches are steamed which melts the cheese and softens the bagel for a truly fantastic meal.
