This particular Esterra Spa location – they have 4 including 2 in Fort Myers Beach – is located on the 2nd floor of the Diamond Head Beach Resort, just across from the guest services lobby. Diamond Head resort is located at 2000 Estero Blvd, on the beach side about 1/2 mile south of the north-end bridge onto the island. Once you get to the resort, take the elevator to the “lobby” level, which is one floor up. Turn right and the entrance to the spa is right there on the right hand side.
It is a small spa but is very clean and looks brand new. I think they have 3 treatment rooms, plus hair, nails & pedicure stations in the main spa area. They also offer pool-side massage for guests staying at the resort.
My massage was professional, therapeutic and relaxing and their massage tables are extremely comfortable. The room was uncluttered and the music was just perfect for background noise. It wasn’t a super earthy-hippy sounding station, and there were no noisy waterfalls that usually make me want to go to the bathroom.
They offer a number of services including massage, manicures & pedicures, facials and hair services such as cut, color, styling and beach braids, and hair removal services.
Overall I was very pleased with the complete experience and won’t hesitate to recommend this as one of the better spa choices in Fort Myers Beach. I will for sure be going back myself.
